These Terms govern your use of Site Doctor. The most important thing to understand up front: Site Doctor is a read-only diagnostic and monitoring tool. It observes and reports; it does not fix, publish or change your sites. You remain in control of every change made to your sites.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Site Doctor (the "Service"), operated by SYSWP — CNPJ 29.557.871/0001-92, registered at Tv. Moraes Sarmento, 911 - Santa Clara, Santarém - PA, 68005-360, Brazil — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. The Service

Site Doctor connects to WordPress sites you enroll and provides read-only diagnostics and monitoring: availability, performance (PageSpeed / Core Web Vitals), security and outside-in scans, form monitoring, log signal, audit events, incidents, an intervention timeline, and access for your own AI assistant over MCP. The Service is provided on an ongoing, "as available" basis and may evolve over time.

3. Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Work is organized into organizations; the person who creates an organization owns it and may invite members within the plan's limits.
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for professional purposes.

4. Your responsibilities — site ownership and authorization

You may only connect or scan sites you own or are authorized to manage. Installing our connector requires WordPress administrator access, which serves as proof of authorization. You are solely responsible for having the right to monitor any site you enroll and for complying with any applicable agreements with your clients.

Keep your account and any stored access credentials secure.
Ensure that your enrollment and use of the Service comply with the laws applicable to you and to the sites you manage.
Back up your sites independently — the Service does not create or hold backups.

5. Plans, limits and billing

The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Agency plan. Each plan has limits (number of organizations, sites, users, history retention, AI-query volume) described on our pricing page and enforced by the Service.
Pricing is shown in your local currency where supported: Brazilian Reais (with Pix / boleto) for Brazil, and US Dollars (by card) elsewhere. Applicable taxes may be added.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
We may change prices or plan limits with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period already paid.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service on sites you are not authorized to monitor; attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; use it to gain unauthorized access to any system; resell or expose the Service to third parties as your own without permission; or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Read-only nature and "Deploy fixes"

The connector is read-only and cannot modify your site. When the Service suggests a fix, it prepares the exact steps or code for you; nothing is applied automatically. The paid "Deploy fixes" feature only makes a proposed change available for a WordPress administrator to review, approve and enable on the site — the decision and the action are always yours. You are responsible for reviewing any proposed change before enabling it.

8. AI and the MCP interface

Site Doctor does not provide the AI model. You connect your own AI assistant, which operates under its provider's terms. We are not responsible for the outputs, accuracy, availability or costs of your AI provider, nor for actions you take based on AI suggestions. The MCP interface is read-only with respect to your WordPress sites.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, connector, branding and content, is owned by SysWP and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain all rights to your own site data.

10. Your data

You own the data of the sites you connect. We process it to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data as set out there.

11. Disclaimers

The Service provides informational diagnostics. Findings, verdicts and suggestions are provided to help you decide; they are not guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or that it will detect every issue. Monitoring and alerts are best-effort and depend on network and third-party conditions outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SysWP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if you are on the Free plan, is limited to BRL 100 / USD 20). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SysWP harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, including any claim that you were not authorized to monitor a site you enrolled.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change and, for material changes, we will notify account holders. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Comarca de Santarém, State of Pará, Brazil, will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your place of residence.
